In Spring 2021, the US Youth Soccer nationally recognized “Soccer Fiesta” Event was held at Poplar Tree Park in Fairfax County, VA, and hosted by FC Dulles. J. Marcelo Gangotena, Virginia Youth Soccer Association Program Chair and National Committee member, and the Club extended a huge THANK YOU to Cheryl L. Folmer, a highly sought-after Relator who sponsored this event along with partner and Senior Mortgage Banker Lori Pick, of Monarch Mortgage providing the kids, family and friends with a full day of fun, activity and prizes!
This US Youth Soccer Grassroots event is embraced by Clubs statewide, that aspire to reach out to the underserved kids in all communities and include them. Thanks to J. Marcelo Gangotena’s efforts these events give the kids the opportunity to play soccer, make friends, and stay active and healthy. Cheryl L. Folmer’s sponsorship was key to successfully reaching these communities.
